How long does delivery take?
Standard international delivery is 7 to 12 business days from our US fulfillment center. Domestic US deliveries arrive in 3–5 business days. Your estimated delivery date is shown on the tracking page above.
How can I track my shipment?
Use the tracking number from your confirmation email — it starts with CE24-. Enter it on the home page or visit /track/CE24-… directly. The page auto-refreshes so you always see the latest status.
I haven't received my tracking number yet — when will it arrive?
We email your tracking number about 12 hours after your order is paid, once the warehouse has registered the parcel. If 24h have passed and you still don't have it, please contact support.
What happens if my package is stuck in customs?
Customs clearance can take 1–3 business days for international shipments. We handle all paperwork on your behalf. If extra documentation is needed, our team will contact you directly.
Can I change the delivery address?
Yes, as long as the parcel has not yet been picked up. Email us with your tracking number and the new address and we'll do our best to reroute it.
My tracking says delivered but I didn't receive it. What now?
Please check with neighbours, doorman or family members first. If it still doesn't appear within 24h, contact our support team with your tracking number and we'll open an investigation immediately.
