By visiting carryexpress24.com, tracking a parcel, or otherwise using any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms.
We provide international and domestic parcel-delivery services, including pickup, transportation, customs clearance and last-mile delivery. The exact scope of any given shipment is governed by the waybill associated with that shipment.
We undertake to deliver your parcel with reasonable care and within the timeframe quoted at the time of shipment. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by weather, customs delays, force majeure events or factors outside our control.
Our liability for loss, damage or delay is limited to the lesser of the declared value of the parcel and the limits set by the relevant international conventions. We do not accept liability for indirect or consequential losses.
Basic coverage is included with every shipment. Additional insurance may be purchased at the time of shipping by contacting our team.
If your shipment is lost or damaged in our custody, please file a claim with our customer service team within 30 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate and respond within 14 business days.
